1. Services

Move to Shenzhen provides practical relocation, coordination, itinerary, concierge, and local setup support as described in written proposals or service agreements.

2. No regulated advice

We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, accounting, medical, financial, real estate brokerage, telecom compliance, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Third parties

Third-party providers are independent. We may coordinate with them, but we do not control their performance unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, making final decisions, paying third-party costs, complying with laws and provider terms, and reviewing agreements before signing.

5. Fees and expenses

Our service fees, deposits, cancellation terms, reimbursable expenses, third-party costs, and payment timing should be defined in written proposals or invoices.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee outcomes involving government authorities, landlords, agents, banks, telecom providers, payment platforms, suppliers, factories, or other third parties.

7. Liability limitation

A final version should include appropriate limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, and force majeure clauses reviewed by counsel.
